1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this wedding photo generation service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Our service provides AI-powered wedding photo generation using uploaded user images. We generate artistic wedding photos based on your input images and style preferences.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when using our service
• You are responsible for the content of images you upload
• You must not upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

4. Privacy & Data Protection

Your uploaded images are processed for AI generation purposes only. Images are encrypted during transmission and storage, kept for a maximum of 30 days for quality assurance, then anonymized or deleted. You can request deletion anytime through your account settings.

5. Payment & Credits

• Credits are required to generate photos (5 credits per generation session)
• New users receive 5 free credits upon signup + 5 bonus credits when they share
• Additional credits can be purchased through our secure payment system
• Credits are non-refundable and do not expire

6. Intellectual Property

Generated images are provided for your personal use. We retain no rights to your uploaded images or generated content. However, by using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images for generation purposes.

7. Prohibited Content

Content involving minors, explicit material, violence, hate speech, or copyright infringement is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in content generation being blocked, and repeated violations may lead to account restrictions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea.
