AI Wedding operates on a credit-based system. Our refund policy for purchased credits is as follows:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of credit purchase
• Only unused credits are eligible for refund
• Free credits (initial 5 credits + 5 share bonus) are not refundable

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

• Full refund: Unused credits within 7 days of purchase
• Partial refund: Proportional to unused credits if some have been consumed
• Technical issues: Full refund if service fails due to our system errors
• Unsatisfactory results: Case-by-case review for quality issues

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Credits used for successful photo generations
• Refund requests made after 7 days from purchase
• Free credits provided upon account registration
• Credits used for generations that completed successfully (even if user is unsatisfied with results)
• Account violations or misuse of service
